There was a time when Indian woman was at the prime of her glory and grace. I am talking of early vedic era. That was ago .. many many years ago. But since then, woman of this great nation has struggled for justice , equality and respect. Struggle did not fetch any result. She struggled and kept struggling until she became habitual.She never fought back. She never retaliated. But expected the man to fight for her cause . But how can anybody who himself is so insecure just by the thought of the woman getting superior to him will help her . So a man closed his eyes on the illness of another man , which inspired another man to close his eyes on illness of another one . The chain reaction continued until all the men turned blind. As all the men had turned blind , women - the weaker sex started to believe that if the stronger sex is blind , then by default they also don't have eyes. Women thought if men cant do anything on this , they too cant . The Indian men were blind by choice. They did not want to see the progress of the women. They did not want women to be superior in any sense they can think of .But ironically women did not do anything by choice - they were weaker sex .They could have seen but they opted to turn blind. Now these blind men and women got married and mated . They produced beautiful babies who were smart , intelligent and brilliant but they were BLIND too . Those who were not blind were gifted a pair of opaque dark shades for eyes which was mandatory for them to wear at all times . Don't stop and look if something bad is happening in your vicinity . BE SAFE and IGNORE became the mantra. Girl and Boy , don't get into trouble - is the first teaching of parents to their child . If you see anything unlawful , just ignore and go your way - never try to help others in trouble .So everybody tied these mantra to their pallu - with the tightest of the knot - and started implementing the same in our lives . So as the time passed , Indian society was nothing but a breed of men and women either blind or wearing opaque dark shades .
Now women started growing with growing India . The weaker sex started matching the stronger sex , if not better the latter. This was an alarming situation for the men. It was a direct attack on his strength . Men started to tremble by the thought of him being called weaker sex .But man could not do anything - he could not take back a woman's job , he could tell her to not to drive ,or tell her not to fly or tell her not to cook , so in no way possible he could tell women not to do better than him . Men could not bear the success stories of the weaker sex . He was adamant to stop woman from success passing him in various aspects of life . Indian man was baffled.
The blind man one day made up his mind - he is going to use Indian Society to his good ,which says Naari Ki Ijjat hi Uske Liye Sab Kuch Hai. If I hit a woman's dignity , I got my revenge - the stronger sex thought. So now he had got a tool named as RAPE ,defined in IPC as intentional, unlawful sexual intercourse with a woman, without her permission. Now men started raping . And Blind men and women turned an (Blind-which they are) eye to it.This blindness or the cool black shades help other blinds to continue their task - to RAPE . Hindustan turned into Rapistan and we slept as we could not have done anything being awake as we were blind . Then one day a brutal Rape happened in the capital city of India , which had lightening that gave some light to the people with cool shades on their eyes. The media was able to see the offense now from behind the cool pair of glasses they were wearing. So it came in limelight and some men and women dared to take off the cool shades and look ugly .It changed the society in aspect that some people from either sex had got rid of the shades. But still there are many blinds who need to be operated.Slowly time passed by , no more news in media and we have already started wearing our shades back.
What are the shades of the glasses we are wearing - turn blind to crime against women , do not get into trouble, do not try to help any unknown . For your own good sake ,take the shades off and go out and help others. Criminals are too weak to stand in front if we stand united. Teach your children to help the needy . Don't think that you can not do anything because you are a woman - just shout back loud .You are not wrong , the one molesting you is wrong. He should be afraid,scared and ashamed not you.Girls you see some crime against a woman , don't wait for blind man for help.If you have taken off your shades get up and help the other girl in need.Get Slapped.Get Abused. But React,Push,Hit.Report crimes.
If a man doesn't help a woman in trouble , he is the one belonging to weaker sex .If a woman doesn't help a woman in trouble , don't expect a help when you are in trouble . If I save some girl today , somebody will save my wife/sister/mother one day. LETS STRENGTHEN THE WEAKER SEX .Now or never.
